  Went in and had my uppers and lower teeth pulled and immediate dentures placed.. I was to go back in after a couple of days and have them removed by the Dentist to make sure everything was going well.. The Dentist was not in that day and I was told to take them out myself to my horror of much pain and inexperience dealing with such a task.. I admit I was scared to death.. I had to wait the weekend before seeing the Dentist again...The pain from the bottom dentures coming out was very bearable but when I went to remove the uppers I cried out in severe pain.. It took me almost half an hour to remove them because the pain was so great... I finally was able to get them out... I had to wait the weekend to be seen on Monday when the Dr. was to be in.. When ready for my permanent dentures,the uppers have actually gone quite well... Not experiencing any complaints with them... They look very good and feel good... The bottoms on the other hand.. The Doctor explained to me that my mouth was unusually small in diameter and the bottoms would not look like it did before my teeth were pulled basically... Had I known this I would NOT have had my bottoms removed.... They should have explained that because of the diameter of my mouth that fitting dentures that contain a flange will be almost impossible without some sort of protrusion of the bottom lip... In other words when my bottom Dentures are in I have an under bite that is very comparable to that of a Bulldog... Because of the small area to work with they said the Flange of the Denture is what is causing this look... There is nothing they can do and they suggested getting implants.. May I add that my natural teeth you could not see my bottom teeth at all but with the dentures my bottom teeth were VERY prominent and noticeable.... Therefore I have no bottom Dentures .. This Place is VERY deceiving and they do not inform you of ALL that they should be.. And also I might add that in a years time there has been a turnover to the extreme of Dentists working there... ASPEN apparently cannot keep Good Dentists. I would not send my worst enemy to this place... I will say they were very quick to offer a refund ( WHY? FEELING GUILTY OF SOMETHING??) to which in a small way compensates for what I have been enduring the last year since having my teeth pulled.. I think it extremely entertaining that the day I received my refund 7 other customers were there and 5 of them were there because they were not happy nor satisfied and they all walked out with a refund to be processed themselves... THAT in itself says all that needs to be said of this place....
