- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I waited 3 months for my daughter to have her teeth pulled for this apt. I have dental ins 2 ins that cover dental back from 2016 there were bills and I never knew till recently now it's to late for the other ins to cover it. They told me a month ago they were going to call back if there was bad news so I waited no call figured it was good. The the day before another lady calls stating the apt is cancelled due to a billing issue. No payment option on the bill was given nor wanted to set up to keep the patient they just let us go. So unproventinal. And so upset my daughter has to live with this for more time because u guys care so much!March 10, 2017by Amber Gervais
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They are great with children, but their scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. I had an appointment set 6 months in advance, had the day requested off from work, and childcare arranged for that day. They changed the date without notifying me until the day before, so I had no childcare. The secretary was very unhelpful, bored, and uninterested in helping me.
